Bella, our Chateau cat... she joined us during our first year… We visited friends who have a large Chateau and they farm the lands. In their many barns are quite a few feral cats. On our visit Marie-Claire asked if we would take a very small kitten "because otherwise she will not survive", Bella now rules the roost. A small but beautifully marked tortoiseshell, she is a good mouser.

In the summer of 2006 Luna came to live with us. She is a lovely cat, she was born at the farm in our village and we could not resist her when our neighbour came and asked if we could give her a home. She is very good friends with Bella, Queenie and Flora.
