Sturman ICT was founded by the owner Henry Sturman. Sturman ICT only works with flexible fee-lance contributors and does not have any permanent employees, except for the owner. That is the reason that we can work cheaper than our competitors and still deliver high quality. We don’t have any unnecessary overhead and only have to pay personnel if there is work for them to do.
