Oour work method when developing a web site is as follows. You ask us for a free quote. We then prepare a proposal for you. That proposal can still be changed if you desire with more or fewer options. If you are satisfied with our proposal you accept it. After that we discuss further details of your web site via email, phone or, if we happen to be nearby each other, in a personal meeting.

After that we prepare a concept design and present that to you. On the basis of your feedback we change the design as requested. When you are satisfied we proceed to the next step: creating the most important example pages of your site. Again we modify the pages according to your feedback. The next step consists of creating the entire site. Finally,we adapt this site according to your corrections.

Below you find a short overview of this procedure:

  1. Request for quote, adaption of proposal if requested, acceptance of proposal
  2. Further communications about site to be created, to fill in the details
  3. Concept design, adaption of design based on your feedback
  4. Concept example pages, adaption of pages according to your feedback
  5. Creation of entire site, changes according to your corrections

This may seem a bit complicated, but in practice this turns out to be the most efficient work method, for both parties. The advantage is that we only proceed to each new step after you have given us your approval. This ensures that the final site is according to your wishes and it ensures we don't wast time proceeding to work on something you are not satisfied about. If you react relatively quickly at each step, the entire project, from the time of acceptance of our proposal until final delivery of the site, can typically be completed in 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the project.
